Are HGH Sprays Effective?
This is asked time and time again. There are a large number of HGH sprays on the market that claim to be the genuine article and the very best, and rubbish all of the other products on the market. Doctors however say that sprays simply do not work as an effective method of administering any substance into the body.
HGH stands for human growth hormone and it is produced in our bodies by a gland in the brain. When we get older however the levels produced go into decline. Via the internet today, it is possible to buy a variety of HGH supplements. Spray HGH is a popular product because it is the cheapest, but does it work? There are plenty of questions as to whether HGH supplements work at all as the effective anti aging method and body building supplement they are supposed to be. There are even more questions that have been asked about if an HGH spray works.
It is generally agreed that it is not possible for a substance in a spray to be absorbed through the mouth lining and into the blood, which is exactly where the substance needs to end up in order to be taken around the body and distributed. There are plenty of other methods of administering an HGH supplement however into the body such as via a pill or tablet or even by a course of injections. This is a very expensive method however and can only be carried out via a private clinic. There is no conclusive proof that HGH supplements work in the way they are supposed to, however many people still enjoy taking them. As for sprays though, it would seem they are not worth the bother.
